Our class provides an immersive introduction to the techniques and teachings of traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. These are tools to create awareness, gain clarity and discover a sense of holistic wellbeing.

Yoga Classes that awaken & inspire  clients to the nature of the Body, Heart,  Breath & Mind Interconnectedness . Each class contains a sequence of poses to create space and flow, Meditation, ending with Yoga Nidra rest. Breathing techniques to still, energise and for clarity.

​Yoga asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. We celebrate all styles of Hatha Yoga, Gentle, flows , Restorative  and at all levels of practitioners, recognising that every individual has a unique path to follow.

                                                                               The Role of Unison in Yoga 

 

Yoga is unique because we connect the movement of the body and the fluctuations of the mind to the rhythm of our breath. 

​

Connecting the mind, body, and breath helps us to direct our attention inward. Through this process of inward attention, we learn to recognize our habitual thought patterns without labeling them, judging them, or trying to change them. 

 

We become more aware of our experiences from moment to moment. The awareness that we cultivate is what makes yoga a practice, rather than a task or a goal to be completed. Your body will most likely become much more flexible by doing yoga, and so will your mind. Taking your practice both on and off the mat.

a home where people can create healthy bodies , cultivate creative tranquil minds & connect with self , the class and the Community.

The Yoga Studio space coming soon at Glenunga  is about Liberation, living authentically. It's about finding one's true nature through the practice of Yoga and sharing the limitless benefits Yoga has to offer everyone .

Corporate Yoga adds dimensions such as stress reduction, energy-enhancement, enhanced creativity and focus and healing for employees and convenience and increased productivity for the employer.

About our teacher 

Si teaches to provide individuals with a greater sense of self, moving back into their heart space so they can lead from the heart  whilst honouring the balance in heart-mind connection. Bringing the mind, body and breath back into union.

I have experienced and believe that yoga has the ability to release trauma , concious & unconcious habitual blocks both in the physical & non physical form. Any emotional tension stored in the muscles , ligaments and tissues in our body are released with the practice of Yoga which is why I believe it has such a healing benefit.And ofcourse a structured yoga practice is more interesting, motivating and effective in injury rehabilitation "strengthening for prevention",
