"Yoga with Silvia "was Inspired by the notion of personal integration and evolution. If you feel a calling towards better self,  If you are curious about yoga, mindfulness and are seeking a better way of living, both on and off the mat , experience Yoga With Silvia.

In recent years, yoga has been universally recognsed for its health benefits especially when integrated as part of a holistic healthy lifestyle. In many cases, modern medicine alleviates symptoms but does little to address the underlying causes of physical or mental illness. Adopting a healthy lifestyle and integrating yoga can help to keep you free from stress, illness and common lifestyle imbalances.​

These are tools I aim to provide you with to create awareness, gain clarity and discover a sense of holistic wellbeing. ​​​ If you’re looking for a lifestyle shift or to take back ownership of your physical, mental & spiritual health and wellbeing that not only equips you with the skills and knowledge to improve your physical & mental health,  inspires confidence then join  me. My intention is to offer Yoga Classes that awaken & inspire you to the nature of the Body, Heart,  Breath & Mind Interconnectedness. 

 

Yoga asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment ,  gain clarity and discover a sense of deep, lasting, holistic wellbeing.

I am passionate and committed to creating a safe and sacred community within each class dedicated to peace, healing, and growth. My mission is to provide authentic teachings of the ancient science of Yoga and Meditation to attain the elevated state of individual well-being, physically, mentally, and spiritually -

My Story

“Yoga with Silvia” was curated from a lifetime journey of my personal Mental & Physical healing & is a mobile instructor-based organisation, so I bring  classes to your local & convenient, recorded classes accessed here or on my YouTube channel 

 Creating Space - Sacred Purpose anywhere and also provide our classes online, whether you’re desire is to practice at home, organising workplace yoga sessions, or looking at attending any of my in person classes

Yoga is unique because we connect the movement of the body and the fluctuations of the mind to the rhythm of our breath. Connecting the mind, body, and breath helps us to direct our attention inward. Through this process of inward attention, we learn to recognise our habitual thought patterns without labelling them, judging them, or trying to change them. ​However, once we are aware of habitual thought we are gifted with what habits we want to define us , what habits we will carry with us forward for our good or leave behind, in our personal evolution to oneness 

 

We become more aware of our experiences from moment to moment. The awareness that we cultivate is what makes yoga a practice, rather than a task or a goal to be completed. Your body will most likely become much more flexible by doing yoga, and so will your mind. Taking your practice both on and off the mat. .If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
